After many years of work, our game, Witch One, is preparing for its official Steam page and a public demo build. We kindly ask for your help finding the game's kinks and issues! We have bigger plans for this project, but before publicizing the demo, we want to ensure the foundation is stable, playable, and enjoyable. We know that many features are missing, and there are not enough initial players on the server. Please bring your friends or viewers to play along!

Navigate through shadows, blend among unsuspecting crowds, and hunt other tribes to harvest their souls for the Great Crystal. Every footstep matters. Every sound betrays. Trust your senses and strategy to survive in a world where you are both predator and prey.

Immerse yourself in arenas teeming with NPCs and rival players, where your greatest defense is stealth and your wits. Witch One is a multiplayer real-time action deduction game where players must blend into a crowd of NPCs to find other players and take them out before they find you. The first player to take out 10 people is the winner. Every character's movement will have an effect (such as leaving a footprint, generating sounds, etc.) that will alert other players to your location. You must strategically use various items, tools, and the environment to your advantage.

Witch One started in April 2020 during COVID-19 as a side project. The team was formed through a Reddit post under a rev-share agreement, and active development began. In early 2024, the team acquired a working budget and started full production of this game, alongside the official incorporation of Team STEP GmbH in Munich, Germany. Now, we have a team from different parts of the globe, gathered to build our dreams and show our passion for creativity to the world!
Our vision is to become a creative studio that advocates for creative freedom and artistic expression in the digital world. Witch One will be our first project to be released in public.
